Set out 8 - 4 oz. glass jars with lids.
Add 1/4 cup rolled oats and 1/4 cup liquid to each cup.
Add 1 tsp crushed freeze dried fruit, a dash of spices and optional 1 tsp vanilla protein powder to each cup.
Gently combine and stir with a spoon. Put the lid on and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
Add yogurt, fresh fruit, or some milk and enjoy!
NOTE: Double if using an 8 oz. glass jar.
