Ingredients
1lb.ground beef
1Tbspminced onion
1tspgarlic powder
12oz.bag Coleslaw mix
1cupsweet and sour sauce
2cupsbrown riceside dish
sliced green onionsgarnish
Instructions
Cook the brown rice, as directed, for a side dish.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in the skillet with the minced onion and garlic powder. Drain, if needed.
Once browned, stir in the Coleslaw mix and saute over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Then stir in the sweet and sour sauce and combine with the meat and veggies. Saute for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until all the veggies have softened. Remove from heat once cooked.
Serve Eggroll Skillet over brown rice, with green onion slices as garnish. Enjoy!
