Tuna Sandwiches with Hard Boiled Eggs and Carrots
An easy dinner, packed with protein and veggies!
Servings - 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt and dill each
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 lb. bag baby carrots
Instructions
- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and preferred spices. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optional: cut up the hard boiled eggs and mix them in with the tuna. You will likely need more mayonnaise if you do this.
- Spread the tuna mixture onto the bread and serve sandwiches with eggs and baby carrots.
