I love the “set out all the ingredients” concept of this kind of meal…as everyone at the table ends up with a stack of food that they will enjoy.
It starts with rice. Then some shredded or rotisserie chicken on top, followed by whatever selections of toppings you have on hand. In this case, it was a Polynesian/Asian theme:
