This is such an easy, crowd-pleasing dish perfect for weeknight dinners, game day gatherings, or potlucks.

All you need is a few ingredients to make this delightfully simple weeknight dinner!
Servings - 15 sliders
Ingredients
- 15 slider buns or sweet hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb. ground beef browned
- 15 oz. can sloppy joe sauce
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish non-stick cooking spray.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain if needed. Stir in the sloppy joe sauce.
- Using a serrated bread knife, cut the rolls along the equator and place the bottom part into the baking dish.
- Onto the bottoms of the buns, add a single layer of sliced cheddar cheese to cover the buns. Spoon the sloppy joe beef sauce over the top of the cheese, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sloppy joe sauce. Top with with the tops of the buns - lining them up so each slider can be cut after it's baked.
- Melt the butter and mix in the Ranch dressing mix. Spoon and spread directly on top of the buns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and buns begin to golden.
- Serve Sloppy Joe Slider Bake with fresh fruit or veggies.
