Pumpkin Overnight Oats
The perfect fall and winter breakfast...
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup old fashion oats, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice + dash of cinnamon
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well in small resealable container or glass jar. Makes 1 serving.
- Refrigerate overnight. Stir and enjoy in morning!

Do you heat this up a bit in the morning or eat cold?

Great question! Believe it or not, but overnight oats are eaten cold! I didn’t try them for the longest time because that sounded so gross to me but now I am hooked! You can certainly heat them up but the recipe is made to be eaten cold.

Could you use steel cut oats?
