Eggroll Skillet Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 12 oz. bag Coleslaw mix
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 2 cups brown rice side dish
- sliced green onions garnish
Instructions
- Cook the brown rice, as directed, for a side dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef in the skillet with the minced onion and garlic powder. Drain, if needed.
- Once browned, stir in the Coleslaw mix and saute over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Then stir in the sweet and sour sauce and combine with the meat and veggies. Saute for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until all the veggies have softened. Remove from heat once cooked.
- Serve Eggroll Skillet over brown rice, with green onion slices as garnish. Enjoy!
