Holy-wow-ness friend. You have got-got-got to try this chicken salad with Greek yogurt. It’s guuuuuuuuud! Very-very-very guuuuuud!
Like, blow-up-your-taste-buds kinda good.
(Alright, I’ll stop with the hyphens!)
This yogurt dressing is made from scratch and it’s fresh flavor perfectly complements that crunch from the celery, the bite from the red onion and the sweetness from the apple. Combined together with the punch from the sharp cheddar cheese and burst of protein from the chicken and you have the makings of the perfect lunch. Or light summer dinner.
Get this one pinned and added to one of your meal plans this summer!

Hi Erin! I have been following you for a while and I appreciate your recipes! I just wanted to let you know that this Chicken Salad w/ Greek yogurt is mine and my family’s ALL TIME FAVORITE chicken salad recipe ever! My oldest son who hates mayonnaise asked me to make this specific chicken salad with Greek yogurt and Granny Smith apples for tomorrow. I thought I had lost the recipe so I went to look in my email hoping I could find it. I found it! Originally dated 6/7/2015 with a subject line of “ Ask & You Shall Receive! {New Costco Meal Plan Coming Soon!} and more”. I guess what I really wanted to say is thank you and I have been following and getting emails from you for a long time for delicious meals and I haven’t ever commented on any of your recipes until now, but myself and my family appreciate you and your delicious recipes!!
