If you’ve been around the site long enough, you might be sick of this recipe. But I’m not 😉
I really hope you’ll give this coconutty-curry a try! Curry recipes are common among Paleo peeps because you can make an amazing sauce using coconut milk and some ridiculously amazing spices.
Also, the sweet pineapples complement the spicy spices beautifully. You can completely control how spicy this is with how much red curry paste, curry powder and crushed red pepper or pepper you add. I generally make this on the mild side for the kids, even though we usually order ‘5’ when we dine out at a Thai place!
It’s time for you to turn up the flavor at your dinner table with this amazing dish!
