Buffalo Chicken Slider Bake
Ingredients
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 2 Tbsp Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- Salt and pepper
- 16 slider buns
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Ranch seasoning mix
- fresh veggies side dish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the base of the slow cooker and pour the Buffalo wing sauce around and over the chicken. Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix over the top, along with the blue cheese crumbles. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Set on low and cook for 8 hours. Once cooked, shred the chicken into the Buffalo wing sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Add the bottoms slider buns to a baking dish. Spoon the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce onto the slider buns, then add a single layer of Provolone cheese slices. Add the slider buns top over the top.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic and Ranch dressing mix. Brush over the top of the slider buns. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Slice slider buns and serve.
- Prepare the veggies.
