These are the new favorite snack between breakfast and lunch at our house!
Air fryer cinnamon roll bites are a quick and delightful treat perfect for any time of day, but my boys are having them lately for their ‘second breakfast.’
These bite-sized morsels are golden and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and coated in a delicious cinnamon-sugar blend.
Top them off with drizzle of the icing from the cinnamon roll pack.
These are such an irresistible dessert or snack that’s ready in just minutes, thanks to the air fryer!

Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Bites
These DELICIOUS cinnamon roll bites cooked in the Air Fryer will soon be your kids' favorite breakfast!
Servings - 4 servings
Ingredients
- 5 count store bought cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Open the cinnamon rolls and separate into the 5 larger cinnamon rolls. Cut each roll into quarters.
- In a shallow, wide mouth dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Roll each of the cinnamon roll dough bites into the sugar and set into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 350 for 3 minutes, then turn with some tongs and air fry for 2 more minutes. Remove and let cool. Repeat until all of the dough bites are cooked.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together the icing from the can of cinnamon rolls with 1-2 Tbsp milk to create a "dip" for the cinnamon roll bites.
- Serve Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Bites with icing dip and some fresh fruit. Enjoy!
