You know at the holidays when canned cranberries are on sale? Like, deep discount kind of sale? (And sometimes you can find them after the holidays as reduced for quick sale, if you store needs to move their extra inventory quickly!)

One of the reasons I stock up…is so that we can have these pork chops anytime of year! Even the dead of summer.
To keep this one super simple, you’ll want to use the can…and mix it with the spicy brown mustard and sugar, before adding to the top of the pork chops and baking!
