If you’ve been hanging around these parts of the interwebz for any period of time, you’ve figured out that I love to slow cook meats and shred them up for tacos and sliders!
And then I love to add awesome fresh fruit and veggies salsa-toppings. It’s a fun game that I like to play with what’s on sale and what would work well together. That’s how this recipe was born!
