I love making smoothies. On a near daily basis, there is a smoothie made in my kitchen.This one is fantastic!!
Servings - 2 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups milk or yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup frozen berries blend
- 2 tsp protein powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide into 2 large or 4 smaller servings. Drink up.
