Garlic Beef Bites with Baby Potatoes
These tender, slow cooked steak pieces and baby potatoes are smothered in a gorgeous garlic cream sauce - it’s perfect for an easy and quick yet indulgent weeknight meal.
Servings - 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew beef
- 2 lbs baby potatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Side: veggies
Instructions
- Place the stew beef and baby potatoes into the base of the slow cooker. Pour the beef broth, pads of butter, minced garlic and Italian seasoning over the top.
- Slow cook on low for 4 hours. Once the cooking cycle is complete, stir the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese into the slow cooker with the beef and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the veggies.
- Serve Garlic Cream Steak Bites with baby potatoes and veggies.
