Slow Cooker Beef Ravioli
Ingredients
- 20 oz. frozen ravioli any filling works
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 24 oz. jar marinara sauce with water
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- side salad or fresh veggies
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the minced onion and garlic powder. Drain, if needed.
- Add the frozen ravioli to the base of the slow cooker in 2-3 layers.
- Spread the browned seasoned ground beef over the ravioli. Then pour the marinara sauce over the top. Fill the marinara jar half full with water, about 3/4 cup, and swirl to get the rest of the sauce out. Pour over the top. Gently smooth out the sauce and cover the ravioli. Put the lid on top and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, then the shredded mozzarella cheese. Leave on warm mode for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve Slow Cooker Beef Ravioli with side salad or favorite veggies. Enjoy!
