When You Add the New Kid’s Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder to Your Favorite Edible Cookie Dough Recipe, You End Up with a Protein and Nutrition-Packed “Brookie Dough” that Everyone Will Love!
Around here, we sneak in protein powder wherever we can – baked goods, smoothies and cookie dough.
When I first added the new Kid’s Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder to our favorite edible cookie dough, I could not believe how delicious it was….and I love that the boys had no idea what I had added into the cookie dough.
One of the boys declared it “Brookie Dough” and he was spot on! It’s got just the right amount of brownie taste, that complements the cookie dough perfectly.
I adore that I can feel CONFIDENT in letting the boys eat a few of these Brookie dough bites for a snack because…they are loaded with great protein, fiber, vegetables and vitamins/minerals.

Protein-Packed "Brookie Dough"
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup flour regular or gluten-free
- 2 scoops Kid's Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder by Naked Nutrition
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a glass mixing bowl, melt the butter. Mix in the brown sugar, vanilla and heavy cream. Combine until smooth.
- Add the flour and Kid's Daily Essentials Chocolate Protein Powder by Naked Nutrition. Add the pinch of salt. Combine until smooth.
- If needed add a spoonful more of flour to soak up any extra liquid. Once dough has formed, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use an ice cream scoop to form individual scoops of cookie dough and store in the fridge. Enjoy!
