Goulash

Goulash…what is goulash really?! I have this impression of goulash from what we used to make in when I lived in the Dominican Republic…an impression of ‘just dump whatever veggie in with the meat and toss in some kind of sauce and done. Goulash. I have no idea where that impression came from…but it stuck. It’s not really that, but sorta that.

Anyways, here is my slow cooker version. It’s delicious!
