Our family adores this meatloaf…in fact, I have just enough crushed pineapple in my freezer, leftover from last week when I used a small portion of the can to make sweet and sour meatballs, to make this meatloaf. Hhhhmmmmm….maybe I’ll go whip it together right now. I feel a meal plan swaparoo coming on… Seriously, this is like meatloaf on steroids. It’s my perfect meatloaf.
