Cinco de Mayo is literally around the corner and that means it’s time to stock up on the avocados and whip up a delicious batch of guacamole. I adore this version that includes a bit of sweetness from the mango, and a tiny bit of bite from the red onion. It’s a perfect balance and the flavors will have a party together on your taste buds.
