Hooray, you just saved me from having to start another blog about how to get off wheat and dairy without going broke. I can adapt your recipes using cheese by substituting goat cheese, which is pretty reasonable at Walmart.
Yesterday I bought by mistake two gluten free products that contain cows’ milk. I drink almond milk.
When I was wheat and dairy free I felt great. Now I’m 72 and I really need to give myself every advantage I can, so avoiding poison (for me) foods is imperative, no matter how much I love them.
Thanks for a great job. I wish I’d found you sooner.

Glad you found us Lin!
And yes, you have to read labels VERY carefully!

I’ve followed your site for years (one dish dinner era) and have loved recommending it to all of my friends as they grow and learn to cook. I have a good friend who was diagnosed with Celiacs the same time you started this 31 day collection. She says it was wonderful to see that she could still eat wonderful food without having to spend an arm and a leg on ‘special gluten free’ food!

Love this website!

I love how they don’t all have corn in them. I am allergic to corn, so gluten free can be a chore with other recipe sites. I have a lot of food allergies and your recipes are so easy to work around. Thank you!! I really love your site.

Thank you for a wonderful selection of Gluten Free recipes. One of my children is just finished with rehab for binge eating. And one of the recommendations for successful recovery is to remain gluten free. At 67 years old I’m relearning healthy cooking for a family and your website has been a big help.
