This is the final recipe in our 31 Days of Budget-Friendly Paleo meals series. I can’t believe all the great recipes we shared this past month…and I really can’t believe how quickly May flew by.
I don’t know about you, but May always seems to sail by faster than other months…and I only expect it to move faster as the boys get older! Maybe it’s the end of school activities, or Mother’s Day, or birthday parties (we had a slew of friends’ birthdays this month!), or the holiday weekend, but all combined and May was just a blink.
These Pork Chops are soaked in an Orange Juice marinade that helps soften up the pork, so that when you saute it, you end up with perfect pork chops. I also love how the cinnamon-y sweet potatoes are a perfect complement to the cinnamon tainted, orange glazed pork chops.
These pork chops would be great on the grill this summer too. The orange and cinnamon flavors would caramelize onto the pork chop as it grilled…mmmmmmm!
Hope you enjoy this last recipe in our series!
